Returns and Exchanges

As an independent artist living in a studio apartment, I ask that you be mindful to only purchase items that you intend on keeping. If for some reason you do wish to make a return, here are the guidelines:

• Zines, photographic and art prints, greeting cards, and post cards are final sale.

• All other physical products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days, but are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items must be in new, unused condition. If you would like to make a return, please contact me for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

• Gift cards, sale items, clearance items, and items shipped as part of a subscription are all final sale.

• Any item that arrives damaged will be replaced (at no cost to you) if you contact me within 5 days of delivery and include detailed photos of the damage.
